A week ago I purchased a pre-owned car 2020 Honda Acord and was excited about it until. The car had to be delivered from another site so i bought it on good faith. Well I'm not satisfied at all, first I only received on key fob and it doesn't work, next there's a roaring sound coming from one of the wheels, there's damage to the rear bumper and a piece missing from above the mirror.
Now I understand pre-owned but this by far is not what I expected for the price of my vehicle.

So I went in the dealership last minute they worked me in. For an oil change and to rotate my tires. They are good at coming to explain what I will need done next and what amount to be expecting to do it. I love the service manager Randy his hand is always on the work and if something went wrong he could complete the work himself . My car is running smooth and I’ll defiantly be back.
